Open House: Lents Town Center Phase II
Please join us for an Open House!
Drop in any time between 6:00 – 8:00 pm to learn about and share your opinion on the next phase of development in Lents Town Center.
In late 2018, Prosper Portland began the community engagement process for Lents Town Center Phase 2 development, involving a 4.4-acre site owned by Prosper Portland on SE 92nd between SE Harold and SE Ramona. The community engagement process involves four bilingual focus groups, two Community Conversations focus groups, an online community survey, and this February Open House.
We’ll have multiple stations where we’ll be asking for your priorities and hopes for the site and sharing feedback we have heard so far. In addition to general information about the site, we’ll be sharing more information about:the Lents Five-Year Action Plan and the role of Prosper Portland
community values for the development project
opportunities for public benefits in the development
potential redevelopment ideas for housing, commercial and public space
next steps in the decision-making process
Feel free to drop in during the open house, bring friends and family, and share this with your community!
This is a family-friendly event. The registration form includes child care, dietary and accessibility options and translation services.
ONLINE OPEN HOUSE
If you can’t make it to the open house or would prefer to submit feedback online, please visit our online open house.

In May 2014, Prosper Portland and the city, with community support and input, launched the Lents Five-Year Action Plan, calling for focused investments that would have the greatest benefit and impact on existing residents and businesses. The first phase of Lents Town Center redevelopment (Phase 1) consisted of $109 million in total investment, including $37 million in loans from Prosper Portland and $17 million in loans from the Portland Housing Bureau.
Phase 1 added 263 new housing units, including 157 affordable units and 47 workforce units, as well as commercial space for 10 businesses. In late 2018, Prosper Portland began the community engagement process for Lents Town Center Phase 2 development, involving a 4.4-acre site owned by Prosper Portland on SE 92nd between SE Harold and SE Ramona.
