Six short talks led by six remarkable women in different fields of design — each a firm founder and active leader — will introduce their unique design perspective and share their professional journey. Creatives, future leaders in design, and design enthusiasts, join us to hear stories, get inspiration and encouragement, and connect with local designers.
Presenters include: Amanda Petretti, Founder and Principal of Studio Petretti Architecture; Katherine Cunningham and Jenny Streb, Founding Partners of Samata Engineers; Allison Bryan, Founder and Creative Director of Open Studio Collective; Ella Mills, Founder and Principal of Biella Lighting; Kaarin Knudson, Founder and Principal of Larco/Knudson Sustainable Urban Design; Traci Sym, Founding Principal of Plus and Greater Than.
The short talks will be preceded by a happy hour with drinks and light fare and followed by a quick Q&A session with the presenters.
